Andrew and Steph tied the knot in late March in South Africa. Their pistachio and white wedding was a beautiful fusion of both Andrew’s Greek and Steph’s Scottish heritage, with their families lovingly coming together to make the day happen.
They wed at Lake Eland Game Reserve, located on the Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast, close to the area Andrew grew up. The weather was gorgeous and Steph’s bridesmaids spent the morning helping her decorate the tables, as well as helping to create the floral centre-pieces. While Andrew’s aunt baked and delivered a delicious pistachio coloured cake for the evening celebrations.
The day was as relaxed and fun as the couple themselves. Andrew surprised his bride by wearing a kilt, to match their son, Zack, for the ceremony. The reception that followed lasted long into the night and included a Scottish ceilidh dance lesson and Greek plate smashing.
Steph and Andrew, thank you, thank you, thank you for picking me to cover your day. It was a truly incredible celebration and these are some of my favourite images from the day.
