South Place Hotel is a five-star, luxury hotel in London, in the heart of the City. Filled with commissioned artwork and vibrant furnishings, it is built in an urban contemporary style with a rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar. It’s also home to The Secret Garden, a hidden bar with a retractable roof. Something for the modern couple, a South Place Hotel wedding merges beautiful design with an amazing atmosphere for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Asha and Max travelled all the way from America to celebrate their wedding in London. Coming from different cultures, they chose to mix Max’s Jewish traditions with Asha’s India heritage, creating a ceremony unique to them.
Breaking with tradition, they had a first look ahead of their ceremony. This meant they got to share an emotional few moments alone before seeing their guests.
They wanted every aspect of their day to be a truly unique experience. So after the ceremony, everyone enjoyed cocktails in the Secret Garden Bar. Before being seated for dinner, the guests were surprised with a shower of fake snow under the bar’s fairy lights.
The surprises didn’t stop there. The couple opened the dancefloor with their first dance. The wedding entertainment was provided by the team from Dance with Jay Kumar. The couple treated their guests to a performance and a Bollywood dance lesson. Before dancing the night away in the capable hands of The Wedding DJ.
